In a rather dangerous way i would say. I have been off facebook from a month now & it was pretty much same how you experienced. First few days you just want to log back in but after a couple of weeks i just didn't care ! And i had time to do better things. I hope i will not have to try this with Twitter & Dribbble anytime soon : ) Though lately i have really restricted myself on networks quite a lot already and don't think i am missing much so far.
